Who we are
We are a chartered building surveying and historic buildings consultancy based in Manchester. With expertise across a range of surveying and consultancy services, we have a particular specialism in the repair of historic (pre-1919) and listed buildings.
With more than 10 years’ experience, our practice has developed an acute understanding of conservation philosophy, building technology and repair techniques using a palette of time tested building materials. Furthermore, we have fostered strong working relationships with architects, engineers and the highest calibre of builders and craftsmen, all of whom have demonstrated high levels of proficiency and enthusiasm for the historic environment. We’re fully insured and work under a strict code of professional and ethical standards, as defined by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Building.

How we work
Because we’re a relatively small company, we are able to offer a bespoke, personal service, which is entirely tailored to your specific objectives and requirements. This also means we can offer the highest levels of personalised customer service and pride ourselves on the aftercare we provide – often continuing to aid our clients years after undertaking our initial work. In everything we do, you can expect strong communication, mutual respect and a genuine enthusiasm for what we do.
